Norman Francis McFarland was the second Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Orange in Orange County, California. He had previously served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Reno, and bishop of the renamed Diocese of Reno-Las Vegas.
